  • Serve as Compensation Partner for a line of business; advise on offers, pay, retention.
  • Own major compensation programs: pay equity analysis, year-end cycle, stock processes.
  • Design and communicate global compensation programs aligned to Axon’s strategy.
  • Conduct job evaluations and leveling; provide salary recommendations for equity.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on offers; provide market context.
  • Lead or support annual salary planning, incentive design, and equity reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
  • 4-6 years of compensation and/or HR partner experience.
  • Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects.
  • Excellent time management.
