- Location: Onsite at Boston Hub; hybrid schedule (TueโFri in office, Mon remote)
- Serve as the Compensation Partner for a specific line of business.
- Own and lead major compensation programs such as pay equity analysis and year-end cycles.
- Design, develop, and communicate global compensation programs aligned to Axonโs strategy.
- Conduct job evaluations and leveling to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner with HRBP and Talent Acquisition on complex offers; guide leaders with market context.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- 4โ6 years of progressive compensation/HR partner experience.
- Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing highly complex projects.
- International compensation experience is a plus.
