- Serve as the Compensation Partner for a specific line of business, advising on offers, pay structures, and retention.
- Own and lead major compensation programs such as annual pay equity analysis, year-end cycle, and stock processes.
- Design, develop, and communicate global compensation programs that are market-competitive and scalable.
- Conduct job evaluations, leveling, and provide salary recommendations ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on complex offers; guide leaders with market context.
- Lead or support annual processes β salary planning, incentive design, and equity reviews β with HRIS, Payroll, and Stock teams.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business or economics
- 4-6 years in compensation and/or HR partner roles
- Advanced Excel and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Experience managing highly complex projects
- International compensation experience is a plus
