  • Serve as the Compensation Partner for a specific line of business, advising on offers, pay structures, and retention.
  • Own and lead major compensation programs such as annual pay equity analysis, year-end cycle, and stock processes.
  • Design, develop, and communicate global compensation programs that are market-competitive and scalable.
  • Conduct job evaluations, leveling, and provide salary recommendations ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on complex offers; guide leaders with market context.
  • Lead or support annual processes β€” salary planning, incentive design, and equity reviews β€” with HRIS, Payroll, and Stock teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business or economics
  • 4-6 years in compensation and/or HR partner roles
  • Advanced Excel and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing highly complex projects
  • International compensation experience is a plus
