- Location: Onsite at Sterling, VA Hub; hybrid schedule (onsite Tue-Fri, remote Mon).
- Serve as Compensation Partner for a line of business; advise on offers, promotions, pay structures.
- Own and lead major compensation programs such as pay equity analyses and annual cycles.
- Design, develop, and communicate global compensation programs aligned to Axon's strategy.
- Conduct job evaluations and leveling; provide salary recommendations for internal equity.
- Lead annual processes - salary planning, incentives, equity reviews; use AI for analytics.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business or economics.
- 4-6 years in compensation/HR with end-to-end program experience.
- Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing highly complex projects.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- International compensation experience is a plus.
- Exposure to and/or interest in Benefits projects.
