πŸ“‹ Description

  • Location: Onsite at Sterling, VA Hub; hybrid schedule (onsite Tue-Fri, remote Mon).
  • Serve as Compensation Partner for a line of business; advise on offers, promotions, pay structures.
  • Own and lead major compensation programs such as pay equity analyses and annual cycles.
  • Design, develop, and communicate global compensation programs aligned to Axon's strategy.
  • Conduct job evaluations and leveling; provide salary recommendations for internal equity.
  • Lead annual processes - salary planning, incentives, equity reviews; use AI for analytics.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business or economics.
  • 4-6 years in compensation/HR with end-to-end program experience.
  • Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • International compensation experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to and/or interest in Benefits projects.
