🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6 years in compensation/HR with end-to-end scope and automation experience.
  • Advanced Excel analytics and problem-solving.
  • Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects.
  • Excellent time management; strong written and verbal communication.
  • International compensation experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to Benefits projects.
