π― Requirements

- Advanced Excel analytics and problem-solving.
- Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing highly complex projects.
- Excellent time management; strong written and verbal communication.
- International compensation experience is a plus.
- Exposure to Benefits projects.
