  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on offers; share market context.
  • Lead or support annual processes: salary planning, incentive design, and equity reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
  • 4–6 years in compensation/HR with end-to-end responsibilities.
  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel) and problem-solving.
  • Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects.
  • International compensation experience is a plus.
