Sr. Communications Lead, Internal Communications

📋 Description

• Lead internal comms strategy for Pinterest’s global sales org.
• Counsel senior leaders on internal comms messaging for employees.
• Draft and edit leadership updates, presentations, talking points, all-hands content.
• Partner with leaders across Communications, HR, Marketing, Chiefs of Staff to align messaging.
• Build scalable processes, planning rhythms and frameworks for internal comms.
• Adapt comms for global audiences with regional nuance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in communications, business, English, or organizational leadership.
• Experience with C-suite on internal comms, advising on messaging and tone.
• Led internal comms programs aligning with priorities and changes.
• Led comms for high-visibility events (all-hands, AMAs, leadership updates, reorganizations).
• Ability to use AI to speed up day-to-day communications with validation for accuracy.
• Proven ownership of AI-assisted work, protecting sensitive information and accountability.
