📋 Description

• Perform advanced HVAC repairs, including heavy component replacement.
• Troubleshoot complex circuits and perform circuit recovery/restoration.
• Lead CMMS to track work orders across the maintenance team.
• Mentor teammates on parts accuracy and inventory management.
• Document repair data in CMMS for 5–40 ton units.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Physical proficiency: brazing and rigging/heaving heavy motors or compressors safely.
• Proficient with mobile CMMS software.
• NATE certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Safety certification preferred.
