🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10 years as practicing attorney (in-house 3+ years)
  • Proven ability to own strategic commercial deals end-to-end
  • Experience with US/international public-sector contracts; FAR/DFARS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; translate legal concepts
  • Proactive with multiple priorities in fast-paced growth
  • JD from accredited law school; active bar membership
  • Aerospace or aviation industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad) and e-billing
