🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience
  • Top-tier law school education; Active bar membership
  • In-house experience at a high-growth technology company (late-stage private or early public)
  • Deep commercial contracting experience in enterprise SaaS/software and cybersecurity
  • Strong working knowledge of data privacy and security applied to commercial contracts
  • Willingness to support secondary areas such as Employment, Product, Privacy, IP, or Corporate
