Sr Clinical Data Abstractor

📋 Description

• Review and abstract clinical data from EHRs and paper charts per protocols.
• Apply ICD-10-CM, MedDRA, CPT, HCPCS to code data to a standard schema.
• Use REDCap and other EDC systems to enter and maintain data.
• Support cross-functional teams and AI/LLM initiatives.
• Follow CGDMP and GCP for end-to-end clinical data management.
• Adhere to IRB, HIPAA and data privacy regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. licensed Nurse, PA-C, NP, or DNP with a Master’s in health sciences.
• 4–5 years clinical data abstraction in cancer, women’s health, or rare diseases.
• Data encoding using ICD-10-CM and SNOMED CT; data mapping and harmonization.
• EDC systems like REDCap; experience with MACROs, Excel/Sheets; pivot tables.
• HIPAA/IRB compliance; familiar with DAMA, SCDM, ACRP, SOCRA.
• Strong communication; able to work independently and in teams.
