Coordinate with DOT, utilities, and agencies for off-site approvals.
Develop project requirements, schedules, and cost estimates with contractors and stakeholders.
Oversee planning of off-site transportation and utility extensions (water, wastewater, gas).
Manage civil off-site construction: QC, conflicts, multi-discipline coordination.
Lead permitting with agencies for local/state/federal approvals.
Resolve design conflicts with partners; conduct traffic/hydraulics/capacity studies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
5+ years minimum; 8+ years preferred in civil/off-site infra.
EIT or Texas PE license.
StormCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WaterCAD, PCSWMM, AutoCAD Civil3D.
Permitting/environmental knowledge incl. DOT standards for interconnections; project mgmt with external stakeholders.
Onsite Bastrop, TX; extended hours; on-call; travel; valid driver’s license; ITAR eligible.
