🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
5+ years in civil engineering; off-site infra; agency coordination.
8+ years in civil engineering with off-site developments.
EIT or PE license in Texas; ITAR compliance.
StormCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WaterCAD, PCSWMM; AutoCAD Civil3D.
PM of public works; read shop drawings; DOT/env permitting; Bastrop onsite.
