- Ability to translate activation and channel performance into actionable creative recommendations
- Proven collaboration with strategists, creatives, analytics partners, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Occasional travel may be required (up to ~20%)
