Sr. Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Design and deploy end-to-end semiconductor business flows from Foundry to OSAT to finished goods.
• Translate manufacturing processes into digital workflows: yield management, RMA, subcontract manufacturing.
• Own ERP and PLM processes; configure NetSuite and Arena PLM to scale.
• Support Finance and Accounting: cost accounting, fixed assets, O2C, P2P for manufacturing.
• Configure supply chain workflows: tracking, inventory valuation, demand planning.
• Lead general BSA and integration work: requirements, data flows with vendors, training, and support.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in business or IT.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
• NetSuite expertise.
• Proven ability to design business flows from scratch.
• Domain versatility across Supply Chain and Finance.
• Process modeling and documentation.
• IPaaS tools (Celigo, Boomi), Arena PLM, and EDI standards.
