🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in BI, reporting, analytics, or related discipline.
- 3+ years Power BI hands-on: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance tuning.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating to scalable reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of relational data concepts and star schemas.
- Ability to work with tech and business stakeholders and communicate clearly.
- Preferred: SQL/data warehouses, governance, and Azure/Snowflake/Databricks exposure.
