  • Own and manage European airline partnerships with P&L mindset.
  • Primary contact for commercial, distribution, and ops topics.
  • Build senior relationships across airline sales, distribution, and revenue.

  • Improve unit economics (margin per booking).
  • Analyze performance by channel, fare mix, and ancillaries.

  • 6+ years in airline distribution, OTA, TMC, GDS, or partnerships in Europe.
  • Proven track record managing strategic accounts, negotiating deals, driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of airline distribution (NDC, GDS), fare structures, ancillaries, cost of sale.
  • Ability to think in revenue and margin terms; experience with incentives and rebates.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling; bilingual or German/Spanish/French a plus.
  • Strong communication with airline executives and internal stakeholders.
