  • Define short and long-term vision for EarnIn's Marketplace with leadership.
  • Source, develop and negotiate partnerships to grow EarnIn's Marketplace.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing Marketplace partners.
  • Partner with business owners and internal teams (Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal).
  • Foster relationships with key partners to drive growth and customer experience.
  • Own partner integrations with Product and Engineering to ensure UX and timely delivery.
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in tech product partnerships with roadmap experience.
  • Experience in fintech or payments a plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and navigate external organizations.
  • Detail-oriented with track record of scaling complex partner initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with commercial contracts.
  • Scrappy, autonomous, hands-on; willing to roll up sleeves.
  • Ability to tackle complex problems in a fast-paced, evolving team.
