- Experience in fintech or payments a plus.
- Proven ability to build relationships and navigate external organizations.
- Detail-oriented with track record of scaling complex partner initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with commercial contracts.
- Scrappy, autonomous, hands-on; willing to roll up sleeves.
- Ability to tackle complex problems in a fast-paced, evolving team.
