Sr. Business Analyst - Payroll

📋 Description

• Prioritize HRIS Dayforce and ETC work requests
• Gather and document DF/ETC configuration changes
• Prioritize requests via ServiceNow; generate stakeholder reports
• Collaborate with the HRIS, DF CRE and Support teams
• Manage and train the team to meet objectives
• Maintain partnerships across Payroll, HR, IT

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years payroll processing on a major HCM platform
• 2+ years HCM/Payroll system configuration experience
• End-to-end implementation experience of a major HCM/Payroll SaaS
• Experience in a corporate environment promoting collaboration
• Ability to prioritize to meet competing deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or IT
