📋 Description

  • Prioritize HRIS/Dayforce (DF) and Electronic Timecard (ETC) requests for Payroll.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR to improve data quality and processes.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, DF CRE, and Support for Payroll initiatives.
  • Lead the team to meet objectives and maintain partnerships across Payroll, HR, IT.
  • Document DF/ETC configurations and change history with HRIS team.
  • Manage DF and ETC upgrade efforts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years payroll on a major HCM platform; 2+ years HCM/payroll config.
  • End-to-end implementation experience of a major HCM/Payroll SaaS.
  • Experience with Benefits system administration.
  • Experience with timekeeping system implementation.
  • Visa sponsorship not available; authorized to work in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, IT, or related field.
