📋 Description

• Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.
• Produce artifacts: requirements docs, use cases, data models, RACI matrices, visuals.
• Synthesize input from multiple sources; resolve conflicts; define detailed requirements.
• Collaborate to analyze requirements, prioritize needs, evaluate solutions, and deliver insights.
• Ensure data requirements meet acceptable response times and reliability.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports; review new features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a business analyst supporting HR BI needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; adapt for audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, diplomacy, negotiation, and influence.
• Strong analytical skills; interpret business needs.
• Facilitation skills to elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or related field.
• No visa sponsorship; must be eligible to work in US.
