Facilitate backlog grooming, refinement, and development sessions
Liaise between Product Owners and technical teams; resolve ambiguities for devs/QA
Translate business needs into well-defined solution requirements
Maintain master requirements and key artifacts for ongoing reference

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as Business Analyst or similar
Strong Salesforce CRM experience
Understanding of post-sales and support practices
Hands-on Jira backlog management and user stories
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
Process analysis and requirements documentation
Experience with distributed teams
