🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or operations analysis
- Experience in or alongside a Support organization within a tech/software company
- Expertise in Tableau (dashboards creation, optimization, and maintenance)
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with large datasets and relational databases
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to tech and non-tech audiences
- Nice to have CS systems (FreshWorks, Zendesk) and data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery)
