Work with analysts and design to ensure hardware meets requirements and manufacturing constraints
Develop production procedures and transition parts from development to high-rate production
Coordinate development, qualification, and testing of tooling and systems to meet deadlines
Identify and implement DFM improvements to increase production efficiency
Create original CAD models and drawings for flight hardware and tooling
Create and maintain build schedules

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Engineering Physics
Hands-on project experience with complex mechanical systems; team or sub-team lead preferred
5+ years of professional engineering experience
