🎯 Requirements
- 3-6+ years in microbial and/or mammalian fermentation with hands-on bioreactors.
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in chemical engineering, biological engineering, biology, or related.
- Experience coding in Python or scripting fermentation control.
- Deep understanding of cell physiology.
- Experience working with external clients/partners.
- Experience leading technical improvement projects from start to finish.
