📋 Description

• Design, execute, and interpret analyses of diverse traits in large population cohorts.
• Integrate human genetics and EHR data for target ID and biomarker discovery.
• Analyze diverse data sources (claims, trials, business metrics, pipeline).
• Collaborate with biology, clinical, and business teams to translate findings.
• Communicate results via internal presentations and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Statistical Genetics, Human Genetics, or Computational Biology (3+ yrs).
• Hands-on UK Biobank and All of Us data experience.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• QC, analysis, interpretation of human genetics data (WES/WGS/array).
• Familiar with gnomAD, GTEx, 1000 Genomes, TOPMed.
• Unix/Linux and AWS; SQL, Postgres data querying.
• Git version control and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; publications.
