  • Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge
  • CCaaS and contact center integration experience
  • API integration, WebRTC/SIP, and scripting (Python/Java/Node.js)
  • Experience with CloudFormation, Lambda, Lex, and CCaaS design
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
