🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 4+ years of professional experience building, deploying and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and IP networks within an enterprise environment for AV support.
- Q-SYS Level 1 certification.
- Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies.
- Familiarity with Dante and AES67 protocols.
- Live audio and video production experience.
