📋 Description

  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service to members and guests.
  • Book, cancel, and reschedule live productions via TeamUp; assist accounts.
  • Liaise with programming on class changes, cancellations, refunds.
  • Check-in duties; ensure studio rules and waivers are followed.
  • MC on-site events; deliver clear communications and manage attendees.
  • Manage group bookings from start to finish; coordinate waivers and enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer service/hospitality.
  • Concierge/health fitness experience is a plus.
  • Reliable, professional, energetic, friendly, and computer literate.
  • Friendly and outgoing.
  • Strong in-person, email, and phone communication.
  • Professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, early mornings (8AM) and late evenings (10PM).
