📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple acquisition programs and store launches.
• Track program performance using data; diagnose gaps and drive fixes with PMs.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships: scheduling, onboarding, invoices, accountability.
• Spend time in stores with field teams; observe ground realities and share insights.
• Contribute to the design and iteration of growth programs for early-stage stores.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, program coordination, or related fast-paced roles.
• Experience coordinating across vendors/partners with scheduling and deliverables.
• Strong data fluency; use spreadsheets/operational trackers to monitor performance and act.
• Track record of improving operations through hands-on problem solving.
