📋 Description

• Conduct analysis to support growth initiatives and enrollment workflows.
• Strengthen referral channels and open-market strategies to grow participants.
• Improve conversion rates for center outreach and enrollment teams.
• Support end-to-end growth processes from outreach to enrollment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design scalable solutions.
• Partner with care centers and partners to expand programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in management consulting, IB, or ops at a high-growth startup.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and EPIC growth platforms/tools.
• Proof of immunizations including TB test.
