- Oversee CRE debt underwriting; create 5–10 year cash flow proformas.
- Update leadership at monthly meetings; track assets and loan compliance.
- Present quarterly asset reports on loan, collateral, market, sponsor; risks and trends.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across CIM departments for analysis.
- Provide recommendations on leases, draws, rebalancing, dispositions, REO.
- Manage sponsor/borrower relationships; primary escalation point.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred.
- 5+ years in real estate credit investing; CRE loan asset/credit risk a plus.
- Independent, decisive, and able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Argus experience is a plus.
