Sr. Associate, Corporate Finance

📋 Description

• Support the monthly close, forecast, and annual operating plan
• Forecast balance sheet and cash flow management: analysis, forecasting, planning, scenario modeling
• Partner with Accounting, Capital Markets, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy
• Work with Accounting to understand KPIs and enhance forecasting accuracy
• Collaborate with Capital Markets to run scenario analyses and pro forma models
• Improve forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis across income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet
• Prepare accurate reports ensuring data integrity across sources
• Identify issues and implement process improvements; leverage AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of Balance Sheet components and cash flow impact
• Excel and Google Sheets; Pigment, AI LLMs, or SQL a plus
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Superior communication and collaboration across levels
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
