  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5+ years of technical support experience.
  • Ability to read and debug code in C/C++, C#, Objective-C, or Java.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems and scripting.
  • Experience with 3+ of: Docker/Kubernetes, Tomcat, SQL, OSS, CI tools.
