🎯 Requirements

5+ years in recruiting operations, sourcing, HR tech, or related field
Operationally fluent in talent acquisition
Experience managing ATS (Ashby) and tool rollouts
Designed scalable processes and automations
Skilled in applying AI/tools to recruiting
Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
