  • 5+ years in related roles; 3+ years in Sales Ops, Consulting, Finance, or Strategic Planning.
  • Understanding of SaaS and GTM sales metrics.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving.
  • Able to clarify, structure ambiguity, and deliver data-driven outputs under deadlines.
  • Skilled in GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Anaplan, People.ai, Clari; eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL is beneficial.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
