  • Be trusted advisor for Corporate segment; support forecasting and quota setting.
  • Deliver annual planning analyses for bookings, headcount, and pipeline.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify improvements and launch projects.
  • Streamline and automate sales reporting and KPIs; generate weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
  • Maintain Sales Rules of Engagement knowledge to map accounts.
  • Ensure operating discipline in Accounts and Opportunities reporting; conduct audits.

🎯 Requirements

  • A minimum of five years’ professional experience, incl. 3+ years analytics in Sales Ops/Strategy.
  • Proficient understanding of the SaaS business model and GTM Sales metrics.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to ask clarifying questions, structure ambiguity, and deliver data-driven output.
  • Skilled in GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari, People.ai) and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is advantageous.
