📋 Description

  • Monitor, test, and improve landing page conversion across paid and organic channels.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years in CRO, digital analytics, or conversion‑focused UX.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience optimizing both paid and organic landing experiences.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web page structure.
