  • Provide strategic, operational support to multiple sales leaders in the Public Sector.
  • Own monthly pipeline KPIs: visits, leads, opportunities, conversions, win/loss.
  • Drive pipeline forecast, budget, and variance analysis with delta drivers.
  • Support territory GTM planning and incentive comp across GTM roles.
  • Implement early warning systems for churn, pipeline, pricing, etc.
  • Collaborate with Area VPs, Finance, and Marketing to address gaps and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Sales, Sales Ops, Strategy, FP&A, or Consulting in SaaS with GTM exposure.
  • Ability to structure complex problems, craft exec messages, and create presentations.
  • Experience forecasting bookings and building dynamic scenario models.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Highly collaborative and able to adapt quickly with urgency in a fast-paced startup.
  • Salesforce.com, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau familiarity.
