📋 Description

• Design, configure, and optimize UM workflows and rules.
• Translate business needs into automated logic and specs.
• Investigate escalations; perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify friction points; document workflow improvements.
• Educate internal teams on how configuration drives operations.
• Develop testing protocols; execute tests; lead corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in system configuration or technical workflow design.
• 2+ years in technical/operational role with root-cause analysis.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation).
• Ability to assess end-to-end process impacts in complex environments.
• Strong communication to explain technical logic to non-technical stakeholders.
• 1+ year in healthcare industry (payer or provider).
