📋 Description

• Manage authorization workflows, rulesets, and automations in the UM platform.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical specs.
• Investigate root-cause of system behavior and gaps.
• Identify friction points and document workflow improvements.
• Act as SME for the UM system; educate cross-functional teams.
• Develop tests and validate system behavior; lead corrections.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in system config, rules management, or workflow design.
• 2+ years in technical/operational role with root-cause analysis.
• Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivots, data manipulation) skills.
• Ability to assess end-to-end process impacts in complex tech environments.
• Strong communication to explain tech logic to non-tech stakeholders.
• 1+ year working knowledge of healthcare (payer/provider).
