Plan, initiate, test and manage IT projects.
Lead multiple concurrent Alpha/Beta programs.
Recruit diverse Alpha and Beta users, manage interactions, and gather feedback.
Organize and analyze user feedback to identify themes and issues.
Collaborate with Engineering and PM on testing workflows and device distribution.
Facilitate communications; maintain progress transparency; coordinate with vendors.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
5 years of progressive experience in the role or related field.
Master’s degree with 3 years experience acceptable.
At least 2 years in SQL/JQL data analysis and PM practices.
Experience creating test-case like assignments to validate features.
Domain knowledge in Digital TV, STB, AV devices; Jira/Confluence; Tableau/Looker.
