Develop, integrate, and test Archer’s safety-critical Flight Software with a multidisciplinary team.
Collaborate with aircraft systems, verification, flight test, and integration teams.
Conduct performance and function testing across simulators, labs, and aircraft prototypes.
Analyze requirements, diagrams, Simulink models, C code, lab configs, and supplier docs to propose solutions.
Manage problem reports from test campaigns and coordinate with dev teams for fixes.
Support production, ground and flight-test troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

Collaborative mindset
Experience with flight controls, avionics, or powertrain
6+ years in real-time embedded systems
Proficiency with C language
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
On-site at San Jose, CA; travel to Salinas, CA
