Sr. Aircraft Coordinator - Flight Test

📋 Description

• Manage the full maintenance workflow of Archer test aircraft with cross-functional teams.
• Schedule inspections and maintain records using TRAX and SAP.
• Coordinate release for flight or ground tests with the flight test team.
• Ensure maintenance complies with federal regulations and Archer docs.
• Serve as primary liaison for all aircraft activities and future work.
• Plan test-event availability with the Test Director, Director of Flight Test, and Program Management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience such as Crew Chief or Aircraft Coordinator.
• Experience with maintenance software such as TRAX, CAMP, or Corridor.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance techniques and best practices.
• Knowledge of wiring techniques and best practices (crimping, routing, securing).
• Collaborative attitude with strong communication and cross-functional skills.
