Design and develop agentic AI workflows using LLM orchestration with planning and tool-use.
Architect integrations connecting AI agents to internal APIs, databases, and SaaS.
Develop and maintain HITL checkpoints and escalation for human validation.
Implement observability and feedback loops for performance signals and traces.
Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and craft specs.
Contribute to docs: specs, diagrams, runbooks; partner with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years exp with Bachelor's or 2+ years with Master's.
3+ years in software/systems engineering; 1 year in LLM automation.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng preferred.
Python and an LLM orchestration framework (LangChain/LlamaIndex/CrewAI).
Strong REST/GraphQL API integration and auth patterns.
Prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling; SQL/NoSQL; cloud; Git.
