Sr Actuarial Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage interns and lead work streams tied to company goals.
• Mentor actuarial team members.
• Advance the science of core actuarial analytics.
• Lead/Assist the evaluation of rate adequacy / indications.
• Support the sophistication of large account pricing.
• Lead/Assist with research projects including predictive models and visualizing results to support business decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or STEM-related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an actuarial role.
• Passage of three or more actuarial exams toward ACAS/FCAS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical resources; ability to work independently and as a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
