  • Partner with Sales to guide client discovery for campaign optimization and automation.
  • Serve as a technical resource in pitches, guiding POC execution.
  • Lead enablement to share best practices via education and implementation.
  • Onboard partners; brief Account Managers and assist with initial Social integration.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze campaign data, and support reporting/visualization.
  • Develop deep DV product knowledge; guide social safety and platform considerations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of social platform experience in client-facing roles or ad agencies.
  • Proven track record developing and implementing client onboarding programs.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic and social advertising concepts and measurement needs.
  • Proficiency across Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • YouTube programmatic experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong relationship builder.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and high proficiency in Excel (analytics tools a plus).
