Provide responsive customer service; handle inquiries, invoices, credits, and maintenance.
Process Sales Tax credits; request Sales Tax Exemption Certificates.
Update Sales Tax Exemption status for new/existing customers.
Complete Weekly AR remote bank deposits.
Prepare Monthly Non-AR bank deposits.

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant professional experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with Salesforce.
Excellent customer service, phone and mailbox management.
