Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close including journal entries and reconciliations
Maintain strong balance sheet reconciliation discipline for audits
Prepare audit schedules and serve as primary accounting contact during audits
Manage end-to-end accounts payable: invoicing, approvals, payments
Support PO workflows and ensure proper PO/receipts/invoice matching
Partner with operations to support inventory accounting

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting with month-end close ownership
Hands-on experience with NetSuite
Solid understanding of US GAAP
Experience managing AP, reconciliations, and core accounting in a growing org
Exposure to grant accounting or funded programs
