Sr. Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead month-end close for operating expenses; ensure accuracy, timeliness, GAAP.
• Manage end-to-end AP: invoicing, coding, PO matching, onboarding, payments.
• Oversee Ramp card program and Navan travel; enforce policy compliance.
• Power user of NetSuite, Ramp, and Navan; optimize workflows and reporting.
• Mentor three direct reports; establish workflows and SLAs.
• Support external audits and tax-related AP requirements; maintain SOX controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2-3+ years in people management.
• CPA (active or eligible).
• Strong U.S. GAAP: accruals, prepaids, fixed assets (ASC 360), and leases (ASC 842).
• Proficiency in NetSuite; Ramp and Navan experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication.
• Public accounting background (Big 4/Regional) with SaaS/tech exposure.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management; able to prioritize and lead a team.
